Awana update

Well, things didn't go so well.  After talking to some of the staff last wednesday, is seemed that the church felt they had made a mistake in bringing Santa into church.  Just now my hubby got off of the phone with the leader over the awanas, and he said that they made a mistake in picking that  certain man to be Santa, but will not cease to use Santa in their awanas in the future.  I am sad, and disappointed about it all.  We will be refunded our money, but were not able to convince the leader that the gospel can be taught to children, without using Santa claus.
