Love at First Sight: Our Journey to Samuel

If you all haven't heard by now by following me on my facebook page, we were finally matched with a baby!  It has been such a long journey.  A lot of prayers have been said.  God has answered our prayers by giving us Samuel!

We got the call May 28, telling us that a little boy was born the day before in Texas, and we are the one's chosen for him!  It was a whirlwind trip down to Texas.  We are so glad that God chose this little guy for our family!

  9. Congrats on your adoption! As a fellow adoptive mom, just a gentle note that you may want to keep certain things about Samuel's adoption private. Things he may not want the world (re: world wide web!) to know someday... Just because we are very open to talking about certain things, doesn't mean our kids will be. Just a thought. God bless.
