Sweet Shots!

One of the new hobbies I have tried to take up (besides knitting, spinning, crochet, sewing, graphic designing, html...) is photography.  I am such a newbie, and have a lot to learn.  That is what I love about these little challenges at i heart faces.  It gives me a chance to see what professional photographers do, and learn at the same time.

I was thrilled yesterday when I saw that Darcy over at my3boybarians is doing something similar.  Everyone is invited to share a "sweet shot" with one another (family friendly of course!)  I had a few different shots pop into my mind.  I decided I would share this picture of my daughter Madeline (if I haven't already..it's on my facebook but maybe not here).  I took this picture, and then tweaked it with lightroom to get the colors to pop.
